CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION We want your stay to be smooth and free of any surprises. Please read the following information carefully. Timing: Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM; standard check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and a half-day charge (not possible if there are other arrivals or departures on the same day). On weekdays, we offer complimentary check-in between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Arrivals outside of these hours are subject to an additional fee. On weekends and holidays, all check-ins are subject to an additional fee, regardless of the time. CLEANING: A one-time cleaning fee applies. The apartment will be clean upon your arrival, with fresh towels provided. For stays of 7 nights or longer, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, maintaining a hotel-like standard of service. GUESTS: The number of guests must be specified at the time of booking. Any additions must be agreed upon with the host in advance. VISITORS: Guests are responsible for any additional visitors. Some properties do not allow visitors; violations may result in eviction without a refund. CANCELLATION: We enforce a strict cancellation policy, which can be found in your booking confirmation. The property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings on the premises. Guests are responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from the violation of laws, building regulations, or the apartment’s house rules. Payment must be settled prior to departure. GROUNDS FOR EVICTION: A guest may be evicted immediately, without a refund, in the following cases: involvement with the police regarding illegal drugs or any other unlawful behavior in Brazil; violation of the terms of the rental agreement; disturbance of neighbors, loud parties, prostitution, negligence, drug use, property damage, or harmful behavior; or excessive noise after 10:00 PM (Brazilian law requires quiet hours from this time onward). Eviction will be communicated by the building concierge or the owner. ENERGY CONSUMPTION (Monthly Bookings): For monthly bookings, the cost of electricity will be calculated based on the guest's consumption at the end of each month.
