We want your stay to be hassle-free, with no surprises for either party. Therefore, we ask that you carefully read all the information below.
Schedule
Standard check-in: 3:00 PM
Standard check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out: subject to availability and a half-day fee (not available for arrivals or departures on the same day).
On weekdays, we offer free check-in between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Arrivals outside these hours will incur an additional fee. On weekends and holidays, all check-ins are subject to an additional fee, regardless of the time.
CLEANING
We charge a one-time cleaning fee. The apartment will be clean upon arrival, with fresh towels available.
For reservations of 7 nights or more, we offer complimentary mid-stay cleaning, including a change of sheets and towels, maintaining the standard of hotel services.
GUESTS
The number of guests must be specified at the time of booking.
Additional guests are only permitted by prior arrangement with the host.
VISITORS
Any additional guests are the guest's responsibility.
Some properties do not allow guests, and violations may result in eviction without refund.
CANCELLATION
We enforce a strict cancellation policy, available on the booking confirmation.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
All properties are privately owned.
Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings on the property.
Guests are responsible for fines or penalties arising from violations of laws, building regulations, or apartment rules. Payment must be made before departure.
REASONS FOR EVICTION
Guests may be immediately evicted without refund in the following cases:
Police problems related to illegal drugs or any other illegal behavior in Brazil.
Violation of the terms of the lease.
Disturbing neighbors, loud parties, prostitution, negligence, drug use, property damage, or disruptive behavior.
Loud noise after 10 p.m. (Brazilian law requires silence after this time).
Eviction will be communicated by the doorman or landlord.
ENERGY CONSUMPTION (Monthly Reservations)
For monthly reservations, the electricity cost will be calculated based on the customer's consumption at the end of each month.

Amazing location, loved the apartment and the view. AC @ worked very well and there is a modern TV and fast WiFi.
Fred was super nice with checkin and allowed us to store luggage at a close by place.
What didn’t go so well:
We were promised a mid-week cleaning but that did not happen and people stopped responding when I asked. I pointed this out but got no remedy.
There was a 24h doormen promised but that recently changed, so we always needed keys and there were only two for 4 of us - the hosts helped though and made two extra pairs. Still, every visitor had to both picked up and also escorted down which was a bit annoying. There is no button to open the gate from inside.
There is no music upstairs because the neighbors threaten to call the police as soon as you make some noises upstairs.
The kitchen has nothing to actually cook, not even salt or oil.
However; we lost a key and the hosts were so nice to not charge us for that.
Overall these are minor issues and I recommend it.
