The apartment will be clean upon arrival, with fresh towels available. For reservations of 7 nights or more, we offer complimentary mid-stay cleaning, including a change of sheets and towels, maintaining the standard of hotel services. GUESTS The number of guests must be specified at the time of booking. Additional guests are only permitted by prior arrangement with the host. VISITORS Any additional guests are the guest's responsibility. Some properties do not allow guests, and violations may result in eviction without refund. CANCELLATION We enforce a strict cancellation policy, available on the booking confirmation. GUEST RESPONSIBILITY All properties are privately owned. Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings on the property. Guests are responsible for fines or penalties arising from violations of laws, building regulations, or apartment rules. Payment must be made before departure. REASONS FOR EVICTION Guests may be immediately evicted without refund in the following cases: Police problems related to illegal drugs or any other illegal behavior in Brazil. Violation of the terms of the lease. Disturbing neighbors, loud parties, prostitution, negligence, drug use, property damage, or disruptive behavior. Loud noise after 10 p.m. (Brazilian law requires silence after this time). Eviction will be communicated by the doorman or landlord. ENERGY CONSUMPTION (Monthly Reservations) For monthly reservations, the electricity cost will be calculated based on the customer's consumption at the end of each month.
