CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INFORMATION As we want a carefree stay for our guests, we don't like surprises for both parties. That's why we recommend reading all the information below. -Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM - A flexible check-in or check-out time is possible. The policy only applies when the booking calendar allows it (no guests checking in or out on the same day). - We charge a daily average for check-in and check-out outside business hours (before 8:00 AM after 6:00 PM), on weekends and on bank holidays. CLEANING - We charge a one-time cleaning fee of 350.00 BRL on Airbnb. The apartment will be cleaned upon your check-in and fresh towels are provided. Reservations of 5 nights or more: You will receive an extra cleaning during the middle of the stay for free: where we will completely clean the apartment, change the sheets and provide you with new towels.
