Guests staying at the property must submit their names and ID number 48 hours prior to check-in.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT INFORMATION As we want a carefree stay for our guests, we do not like surprises for either party. That is why we recommend reading everything below. - The standard check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00) and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM - A flexible check-in or check-out time is possible. The policy only applies when the booking calendar allows (no guests arriving or leaving on the same day).

We are located in an upscale residential area. No loud music or any type of noise that may disturb our neighbors is played throughout the property at any time. No DJ is allowed at any time.

Smoking is not permitted in the house at any time.

Air conditioning units are installed in all suites. They are to be used to cool the interior area of ​​the suites only. They do not have the power to cool the common areas of the home and will likely be damaged if this happens. We reserve the right to charge the guest for repair or replacement of the unit in the event of evidence of improper use of AC units.

Air conditioning units must be turned off when the suite is vacant.

The guest is responsible for the actions of others within the home.

The guest is responsible for all damaged property, property damage or anything else related to the property, whether caused by the guest.

Defects discovered before or during the rental period must be reported immediately.

The guest will be responsible for any fines that may be incurred due to violation of any laws, covenants or bylaws of the condominium association. Payment of the fine will be made prior to departure, once the owners have been notified of the reason and amount of said fine.

All forms of prostitution and drug use are prohibited. If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a guest is in breach of these rules, they will be immediately evicted from the property without any refund and will be charged for the entire stay. If guests use the property to engage in activities that could be considered detrimental to the property or our reputation with other guests, they will be evicted from the property without any refund and will be held liable for the same.

The Property is provided on an “as is” basis. The guest acknowledges that the use of facilities such as swimming pools, decks and the like can be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if used incorrectly, particularly with regard to children, and such use is at the guest’s own risk.
